Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

Thank you for shopping with PrintAndKnitting! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since our products are digital downloads, we do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase is complete and the product is downloaded.

However, we understand that sometimes issues can arise. If you experience any problems with your digital product, such as issues with the download process or corrupted files, please contact us at contact@printandknitting.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will do our best to assist you and resolve any technical issues.

Exemptions:

• If the file is damaged or not working, we will provide a replacement.
• Refunds will not be issued for "change of mind" or if the product has already been downloaded.
